Southern Romance Engagement Charleston, SC : Jenni + Stevn

The majority of their fabulous engagement session took place within the romantic and beautiful surroundings of Battery Park in Charleston, SC where we spent the day under the over hanging tree limbs. Then, for a contrast in looks, I went with Jenni and Stevn to the rehearsal dinner location for some creative and dynamic end of the night portraits! I met Jenni and Stevn through the wonderful Bob and Dawn Davis and traveled to Charleston, South Carolina for their destination wedding adventure! Because I live in Michigan and the wedding took place in South Carolina, the plan for the engagement session was to hold it the day before Jenni and Stevn's wedding day and then to also have a Day After The Wedding portrait session (check that out here)!

The rehearsal dinner took place at the American Theatre in downtown Charleston, the same theater that Noah & Allie visit in the movie The Notebook. There I was able to capture some awesome back lit photos of Jenni and Stevn with the theatre marquee in the background - that had a special message up just for them!
